This is Ilulissat Icefjord yellow trail hike in Ilulissat, Greenland. Ilulissat yellow trail hike is one of the best hikes in Ilulissat. It is about 2.7 kilometers long and can take up to an hour and a half to hike. Ilulissat Icefjord yellow trail offers one of the best views of Ilulissat icebergs along Ilulissat icefjord. Ilulissat means Icebergs. It has the biggest icebergs you'll see outside Antarctica. Ilulissat Icebergs come from Jakobshavn Glacier known as Ilulissat glacier, which is the world’s fasted glacier and moves up to 40 meters per day. The iceberg that sank the Titanic was probably born in Ilulissat. Ilulissat yellow trailhead starts from the power plant and ends at Ilulissat Icefjord center and the old heliport.
