Hello everyone! When you want to set a goal for yourself for the future, whether it may be for working out or anything, it can be hard to focus on. There’s times where you feel like procrastinating, and it can take a long time to keep up with your day to day schedule. This can change how your schedule goes, and can either push you, or delay you. For it to delay you, procrastinating and skipping tasks for your goals is the only way for it to happen, which is what most people do nowadays. They seek comfort and only work on their goals when they feel “comfortable” That is an obvious trap you can get stuck into, and if you don’t have any idea on how to break it, you will be in that loop for a long time. You never want to “delay” your goals, as you're only delaying yourself and your future. Instead, you need to make your mind focus, so it’s unable to be distracted and has the energy to make progress with the goals you have set for yourself. With this, no one can stop you in your goals.
