I Wish To Be Great | 1 Chronicles 4:9-10 | Baptism Sunday | Sunday Service

In this Sunday’s message, “I Wish To Be Great,” we explored what biblical greatness truly means through the prayer of Jabez in 1 Chronicles 4:9–10. True greatness is not found in status or recognition, but in ambitious overcoming and prayerful dependence on God. Like Jabez, we are called to kneel before the Lord and seek to be more for Him — asking God to enlarge our territory, strengthen our faith, and use our lives for His purposes. We were also blessed to witness baptism, a beautiful picture of new life in Christ and a reminder that true greatness begins with surrender. May we desire not greatness for ourselves, but lives fully yielded to the One who makes us great for His glory. This service includes a brief children's message as a part of our regular worship, but overall content is intended for a general audience.
