I Think The DJI Neo's are Underrated...

A sunny walk in the woods with the kids and the dog… what could possibly go wrong? With the sun finally out, we headed into the woods for a proper family adventure. -The kids were straight into den‑building mode, -The dog was happily eating sticks and digging holes like it was her life’s purpose, -And I was left with the toughest decision of the day: which drone to fly. being spoilt for choice (or "careless with money") I brought along the DJI Neo 2 and a brand‑new, fresh‑out‑the‑box DJI Neo 1. Naturally, I decided to send the Neo 1 straight into manual mode on its maiden flight. Was that the brightest idea I’ve ever had…? You’ll see. Along the way, I chat about how the DJI Neo 1 is the drone that first pulled me into FPV, and why I genuinely think the Neo series is massively underrated. For a small, fun, family‑friendly FPV experience, they punch way above their weight. A perfect mix of dad mode, sunshine, woodland chaos, and FPV fun.
