In this video, I am demonstrating a facial including Hydrodermabrasion, Dermaplaning, and Ultrasound. Hydrodermabrasion is the combination of infusing specific serums while simultaneously removing dirt, excess sebum, and blackheads. The machine performs extractions painlessly. Dermaplaning is mechanical exfoliation using a sterile surgical blade to remove vellus hair (peach fuzz), dead skin, dirt, and debris. Ultrasound uses high-level sound wave technology to promote cellular renewal and repair. It helps with lymphatic drainage, increases circulation, tones muscles, and like in this facial it aids product penetration. None of the above treatments cause the client any discomfort but they provide great results! The hydrodermabrasion serums used in this video are from ageless serums, which have performed great in my treatment room. Next, I will be purchasing the serums from DermaJem. Mederi skincare is the brand they carry. They have a variety of serums for different skin types making it easy to decide which to use. I use DermaplanePro for all of my dermaplaning supplies. I use the #10D blades, they glide effortlessly over the skin creating a smooth surface. The DermaplanePro AHA/BHA Prep Solution is perfect for preparing the skin for dermaplaning. They also carry Nourishe Dermaplaning Oil, I use this when a client's skin is very dry. The blade glides easier this way, it prevents any dragging.
