Hello Friends, it's travel day! Sadly, we're leaving York, but fear not because we're heading back to Dublin for a few days. But before we head back to Dublin, we're taking a train from York to Leeds where we'll have a half day to explore Leeds before catching our flight out. Although it's a rather rainy and dreary day in Leeds, our spirits couldn't be higher as we explore this city. We combat the weather by grabbing one of the best meals we've ever eaten while exploring, and later we stop into a cute coffee shop for a quick recharge. We're also going to give you some helpful tips when traveling to make your train station experience the best it possibly can be! PAY NO ATTENTION 😊 It's been an incredible few days in York, England. But sadly, all good things must come to an end. We started out the morning by walking through the rain to get coffee. We grabbed coffee at Spring Espresso again. Can't go wrong with a delicious latte to start the day. We came back to our hotel, The Moxy in York, and packed our suitcases. Then we took the bus and headed to the York Train/Transit Station. We purchased our tickets to Leeds, and they were surprisingly cheap! It was an express train, and it got us to Leeds in less than 30 minutes. We got to see a little of the English countryside during our train ride as well. It was very picturesque and beautiful. We arrived to a rainy and dreary Leeds, but we were not deterred from exploring the city. We stored our bags in the Leeds Station at a place called Left Luggage. It's a great way to keep your bags safely stored for a great price while you walk around the city before your train arrives to take you to your destination. We left the station and headed to Mommy Thai. And let me tell you- it was the perfect rainy day lunch. We had some amazing thai food that really hit the spot and warmed our bellies and our souls. Please check this place our if you are in Leeds and looking for some solid food. After lunch we braved the rain again and continued towards an afternoon coffee. We stopped through Trinity Leeds shopping mall to get cover from the rain for a few minutes. It was a really nice break. We finally arrived at our coffee stop- Wolfox. The coffee was really great and the shop was very cool and had a nice aesthetic. We were both very tired and needed the caffeine. After leaving the coffee shop, we headed back to the train station to retrieve our luggage and head to the airport. We actually arrived at the airport a few hours before our flight, so we just took our time and relaxed a bit. We ate dinner and drank a few beers before heading to our Ryanair gate. We boarded our plane and we're off to Dublin, Ireland once again. Can't wait to spend a few more days in the Emerald Isle City! #trainjourney #travelvlog #vlog
