However, with the advent of a rather unique dermal filler called Radiesse, it is possible for patients to improve the straightness, height and symmetry of their nose bridge without surgical intervention. Radiesse is not only made of a gel substance, it also consists of tiny calcium hydroxyapatite micro-spheres which can aggregate together into a tight or diffuse mass.
