Greetings! Here is a really quick and easy, delicious bean and bacon soup that can be whipped up in less than 30 minutes if you have your beans already cooked. I made this quick soup from ingredients that I had on hand in my pantry and fridge. I used bacon and chicken stock from my home canned pantry as well as fresh veggies from the fridge and larder. This was flavorful, filling and hit the spot on a super blustery spring day where the sun did not shine and winter was still trying to make an appearance.
