MARSHALLTOWN, IA - RIVERVIEW PARK

We are staying in Marshalltown, Iowa for my nephew's high school graduation. I've been back here many times, but this is the first time I've tried to find a place to run around here. After a brief internet search, the closest/best thing that I could see was the bike path that starts in Riverview Park. it cuts diagonally across the Marshalltown, along the Iowa River, although I would only have the chance to run a short part of it. Bicycling is big in Iowa, and in many towns, old rail lines have been converted into a paved or hard surface trail for people to bicycle on. Back where my in-laws live in Eastern Iowa, I frequently run on the Heritage Trail, which is mostly hard packed dirt road. In Marshalltown, the trail is asphalt, which was no problem (and actually quite enjoyable) in the Nike Air Zoom Pegasus 35. Thanks for watching.
