Let's take a look at the top 10 busiest flights by number of seats over the past year. Let's start with the Dubai-Delhi flight. Almost 1 million 900 thousand passengers travel between these two cities every year. I think this is mostly labor migration. In 9th place is the flight connecting the capitals of Egypt and Saudi Arabia. The 8th place is again Dubai, but with another metropolis in India. A lot of people travel from Florida to Puerto Rico, keeping the Orlando-San Juan flight in 7th place. Almost 2.5 million people travel between Jeddah and Dubai every year. Only 309 km separate Singapore and Kuala Lumpur. However, many passengers prefer air travel. The London - Dubai flight is in 4th place. Almost 2.7 million passengers annually. The top three busiest international flights are New York - London. By the way, this flight is the longest in our ranking. More than 3 million people fly between Riyadh and Dubai. Dubai has already appeared 5 times among the top 10 international flights. This only confirms the fact that over the past 10 years, Dubai has become a center of global tourism. And the busiest international flight is between Cairo and Jeddah. More than 3.2 million passengers annually. Cairo is one of the largest Muslim cities in the world. And Jeddah is home to the main shrine of the Islamic religion. But that's not all. What about domestic flights within the same country? Shanghai - Beijing is in 10th place with 6.3 million passengers. This is almost twice as many as the leader of international flights. Jakarta is Indonesia's air hub and Bali is a world-famous resort. Therefore, the Jakarta - Denpasar flight is expected to be in the top 10. At first glance, Japan looks like a small country. But the distance from the capital Tokyo to the southern islands is more than 1500 kilometers. Almost 8 million passengers travel between Tokyo and Okinawa per year. The 7th place goes to the flight connecting the largest cities in India, Delhi and Mumbai. The 6th place is the flight between Melbourne and Sydney. The flight between Riyadh and Jeddah is the busiest in the Middle East and ranks 5th globally. The next one is the flight between Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, which moves more than 8.5 million passengers annually. The Tokyo-Fukuoka flight opens the top three. Japan is also in second place. The Tokyo-Sapporo flight carries more than 10 million people annually. The leader in our ranking is the flight between Seoul and the largest island of South Korea, Jeju. 16 million passengers use this route every year. On average, a flight takes off every 7 minutes in one of these directions. That's all for today. Thank you for watching the video to the end. Please like and subscribe if it was interesting for you.
