C-Pack VAS996 "C-Bag Care" Horizontal Automatic Net Welder for Apples, Avocados and delicate fruit and vegetable products at speeds of up to 40/minute* (*depending upon weigher and portion size). Two net tubes, mounted horizontally (no drop) allow the product to gently lower into the preformed net bag to optimize output speed. Two net tubes are used so one can be replenished without the need to stop production....the empty tube automatically changes over to the next full tube for seamless production. Net tubes are available in sizes of 230mm dia and 270mm dia, for portion sizes from 0.5kg up to 4kg depending upon product size. There are two outer band rolls, one for each side of the bag, to enable PE bands to be welded together, with the Net material between them and with two finger holes punched in them, to create a convenient carry bag. Band options are: full bands around both sides of the bag, one full band and one short band, or two short bands, still with convenient finger holes for carrying the pack. This machine utilises a self-adhesive label printer which applies the label to one outer band, during the bag closing/welding process. The thermal transfer printer allows best before, use by, batch codes and even bar codes to be printed and applied upon demand.
