Demonstration Clean – Carnet Jumbo. Jumbo can be foamed onto a cool, dry vehicle via a downstream chemical injector—like John’s doing here with our Suttner Rollover lance—or via a foaming lance like the Suttner ST-73. After just a minute or two of dwell time, Carnet Jumbo is power washed off. Touchless cleaning removes the need for scrubbing and brooming—avoiding scratches and swirls in the paintwork. The soap breaks the static bond between the grime and the surface; high-pressure water then lifts the whole lot away. It’s for this reason we start washing from the bottom. Beginning at the top would rinse the soap straight off without taking the grime with it. Touchless cleaning uses horizontal sweeps, moving from the bottom upward. On larger panels, we work backward with vertical sweeps—always blasting into the fresh soap. A final rinse from top to bottom will remove any residue.
