Geocaching in Grays, Thurrock - And the Best Colombian Hot Chocolate!

After a longer break from creating new content and not being very active in geocaching, I decided it was time to change that. This weekend I hopped on a train and headed out to the Grays area to find two new geocaches. I got off at Tilbury Town and walked toward Grays, as both caches were located between the two stations. In this video, I talk a bit about why my uploads have slowed down recently, mainly due to the weekly radio shows I prepare and produce. But with spring slowly arriving (daffodils finally blooming), it felt like the perfect moment to get back outside. Both geocaches were easy finds. One of them I even remembered from years ago, although the original has since been archived and replaced in the same spot. On my way to Grays station, I discovered a lovely little family‑run Colombian café called The Latin Plaza. I received such a warm welcome and enjoyed a fantastic breakfast, plus a huge cup of real Colombian hot chocolate. It was absolutely delicious. You’ll also see a bit of my food‑blogging attempts in this video. After that, it was time to catch the train back to Southend.
