The Plan for My BMW K100 Build

Now that the BMW K100 is completely stripped down, it’s time to decide what this build is actually going to become. In this video I’m walking through the full plan for the project — the direction I’m taking, the ideas I’m borrowing from other builds, and what parts are staying (and what definitely isn’t 😅). This isn’t just a rebuild. The goal is to turn this K100 into a fully custom café racer with a clean, aggressive look and a lot of learning along the way. From the front end conversion ideas, to the blacked-out theme, to the wiring (which will probably test my patience the most), this is where the project really starts to take shape. There’s still a long road ahead, but the plan is set — now it’s time to make it happen.
