At a recent golf school, we measured club path for every student — and nearly all of them were coming 8 to 12 degrees over the top. Different swings… same problem. And the root cause wasn’t what most golfers think. In this video, I break down a simple principle of science that’s working against your swing — and why understanding it is the key to finally delivering the club on a better path. We’re talking about centrifugal force — and how it naturally pulls your hands and the club away from your body as you swing faster. If you don’t know how to manage it, you’ll: Throw the club out from the top Come over the top Lose power and consistency Fight slices and weak contact In this lesson, I show you how great players (and legends like Jack Nicklaus) manage this force to keep their hands “underneath” and close to the body—which is critical for delivering the club on plane.
