I knew i wanted to give ralts its own video cause this shiny is insanely special but it's just 1 phase. A funnier detail is that this was the first encounter of the recording so the only footage of the hunt i had was the 40 second reaction footage. It's crazy that this video is 9 minutes long to peel back the curtain when i first started out making videos i didn't edit them at all and then as i got better i cut out all the filler to make videos as short as possible. This is really bad for the Youtube algo but i don't care from my pov it has to be worth including to make it into the video. I was against this being a video for the month because i thought it would be 2-3 minutes but i'm really happy with the intro and also i was freaking out so much over it that showing it off in battle was interesting enough to make it into the video I have two types of videos: 1.full shiny which only focuses on the shiny hunt and has no irl footage 2. Shiny hunting vlog which blends the irl footage with the hunt which is what my drifloon video was I love style 2 and generally enjoy the video more but with the right editing and challenge style 1 can shine and shockingly this video and another video are going to be in style 1 even though i have the footage to do them in style 2. Both i liked the scripting in style 1 more than style 2 and since this is part of the plat movie they will be done in style 2 anyways Also i have a card video to edit which is completely done in style 1 so even though i have really liked editing in style 2 its gonna be a bit before i make a video like that again
