The idea behind it was simple: to create a high-energy, sport set — something you can move to, train to, and actually enjoy the process. Music that pushes you, keeps you going, and makes working out feel alive. During the recording, the police showed up and we had to stop for a moment. Some parts had to be cut — I did it carefully so you could still experience the set the way it was meant to feel. At one point, we had to turn the sound almost all the way down. What you hear in this video is coming from the mixer, but in reality, we were moving, training, and dancing with barely any sound at all. And still — we didn’t stop. To everyone who was there with me: thank you. Your energy, your support, and the way you stayed, trained, and kept dancing in that moment meant everything. It could have completely broken the vibe… but you made it stronger. Huge thank you to everyone who took part in the video — for showing up, for being present, and for continuing even when the music was almost gone. That takes real energy.
