IaC: Create Robust CI/CD Pipelines using the AWS Cloud Development Kit

During this session learn how to use the CDK Pipeline construct to create the coded infrastructure behind your CI/CD pipelines and the applications they deliver. The session will start with an overview and example of configuring cross-account delegation as a prerequisite. After this is set up, we will dive into the Pipeline and Stage constructs of the CDK, as well using these constructs to deploy multiple CloudFormation stacks to deliver an application and its infrastructure to AWS. Finally, we will dive into deploying our application and its infrastructure to multiple environments, mimicking that of a production-quality application with Development, QA, Staging, and Production environments that span multiple AWS accounts and regions.
