Follow-up on missing pre-order benefit situation: I contacted Ktown4u through their chat box and sent a couple back & forth messages that spanned over 8 hours long with in an opened browser (they don't have a more convenient messaging system through email and took a few hours in between responses - I couldn't close out of the chat box or else my 'claim' would cancel and I would have to start the process over). In sum, they first said that they could get me the missing cards but it would take a month or two at minimum to reprint them from the manufacturer. They pushed that I should take a 10% refund for each season's greeting in my package instead of wait. When I said I would be ok waiting for the cards because that was the main reason why I ordered these items through them in the first place, they got back to me a few hours later saying they actually couldn't get these cards and asked that I accept the partial refund instead... I pushed for a more substantial refund but they could only do 10%... Edit: I got them to increase the discount to 25% the next day tldr: the new ktown4u customer service is not very efficient and they only refund you a small portion if they forget to put the correct preorder benefits in your package.
