Make the tastiest whole turkey for Christmas holiday, thanksgiving or any of your family get together. Start by removing the extra skin on the turkey then clean it very well. We will brine the turkey for 12+ hours, To make the turkey you will need water, enough to submerge the turkey in, add Apple Cider vinegar, Ground sage, Chicken Bouillon, 1cup of brown sugar, one cup of salt, then stir and put the turkey in to soak. Make your compound butter, by adding Parsley, 5garlics cloves, chili powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, chicken bouillon, creole seasoning and black pepper . Put the compound better underneath the Turkey skin. Once done you will need a Turkey injection marinade, which you can make from your own home, melt some butter in a bowl, add some chicken broth, and all the seasoning that we used for the compound butter, whisk everything together then you have your injection marinade. Poke the turkey everywhere to add the seasoning inside the turkey . To Stuff the turkey we are using a pineapple stick to enhance the flavor, add some onions cut in big pieces , then add some Basil, Rosemary and Thyme.. cook for about 3hrs at 350 degrees. Check on the turkey from time to time to not let it get dried out, use a thermometer to ensore it is at 165degrees internal. Cut into it and serve with your best side. Enjoy !!!
