Looking for the Perfect Smoked Pork Ribs with Tangy BBQ Sauce? Try this Recipe! It was my day off today and I was craving smoked ribs. Luckily my smoker is under cover because it was raining all day today. When I am smoking I have no go to recipe. I tend to try different recipes each time and see what works. These would by far the the best ribs I have smoked! How do you like your BBQ sauce? Let me know in the comments! For the seasoning I use a quality BBQ seasoning I got from Costco For the soaking liquid I used: 1/2 cup apple juice 1/4 cup cider vinegar 2 tbs brown sugar 2 tbs butter Bring to the boil and remove from the heat For the Tangy BBQ sauce I adapted the below recipe. I also cut the recipe into a 1/3. I strongly suggest playing with ingredients and making your favourite BBQ sauce too! https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/512... My recipe: 1/2 cup tomato sauce / ketchup 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup cider vinegar 1/4 cup water 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce 2 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp salt and pepper 1 tsp of my BBQ seasoning Bring to the boil and reduce. Remove from heat For the ribs: 1. Soak smoking chips in water. I used cherry smoking chips. 2. Remove membrane from the back of the ribs. Use a piece of kitchen towel to grab it on the end and pull it off 3. Cover ribs in your favourite BBQ seasoning. I use a quality one from Costco 4. Prepare your smoker. All water to the water pan. Add drained wood chips to the smoker pan 5. Light the smoker on high to get the smoke started 6. Place ribs in the smoker. I insert a BBQ bluetooth thermometer into the ribs and in the smoker 7. Reduce the heat so the cabinet is 130c or 260f. I monitor this though the bluetooth thermometer. 8. Smoke ribs until the reach 65c or 150f 9. Wrap the ribs in alaminium foil or grease proof paper. Brush on the soaking liquid before wrapping. Make sure its completely sealed 10. Smoke ribs until they reach 90c or 195f 11. Unwrap ribs and place on a preheated grill, medium heat 12. Baist the BBQ sauce onto the ribs and turn frequently. Cook until the sauce has caramelised. 13.Remove from heat and serve! Tonight I had it with sweet potato chips and sour cream #recipe #recipes #cooking #howto #cookingchannel #cookingvideo #cookingathome #homemade #homecook #homemadefood #homemaderecipe #betterfood #keto #ketodessert #ketorecipes #lowcarb #lowcarbrecipes #lowcarbdiet #highprotein #budget #budgetfriendly #cookingonabudget #smokedribs #smokedmeat #porkribs Music used: Autumn - FASS Music from #Uppbeat (free for Creators!): https://uppbeat.io/t/fass/autumn License code: IXWJTW4TZEJPNTOG
