This step-by-step process ensures a pure and potent final product. Let’s get started! Step 1: Hot Wind Dryer We begin by using a hot wind dryer to carefully control the moisture content in raw hemp or cannabis. This is crucial for preparing the material for the next stages of extraction. Step 2: Herbal Grinder Next, we use a herbal grinder to mill the raw hemp into a fine mesh size. This increases the surface area, making the CO2 extraction process more efficient and effective. Step 3: Supercritical CO2 Extraction Machine At this stage, we use a supercritical CO2 extraction machine to extract the CBD/THC from the milled hemp. By adjusting the pressure, temperature, and flow rate, we’re able to produce a concentrated CBD oil paste. Step 4: Freezer/Refrigerator for Winterization We then place the CBD oil paste in a freezer or refrigerator to undergo winterization. This process separates the waxes and other impurities, leaving us with a cleaner oil. This ensures the final product meets the desired specifications. Step 8: Reactor and Vacuum Dryer Finally, we use a reactor and vacuum dryer to isolate CBD or THC at 99.9% purity, giving us the final isolate in its purest form.
