It came out a year after Burning Fight, and while it's not as good, it's still decent enough in its own way. Its biggest problems are the issues with some of the hitboxes and frame data (eg. some attacks seem like they're immediately active at full range from the very first frame) - combat just doesn't feel as good as it should. But it has very good graphics, a nice soundtrack, a decent power up gimmick, and doesn't overstay its welcome, so I still enjoyed it. It's the type of game that becomes more fun once you've got a strategy for the key choke points, like knowing when you should use your super attacks.
