CHICKEN CAESAR SALAD WRAP | HUNGRY MOM COOKING

INGREDIENTS: 2 pcs chicken breast, butterfly cut Salt and pepper Cooking oil for frying Romaine Lettuce, chopped tortilla Dressing: 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp mustard Juice of half a lemon 2 cloves garlic, grated 3 tbsp parmesan cheese Salt and pepper to taste PROCEDURE: 1. Pat dry the chicken breasts. Season both sides with salt and pepper. Dredge with a little flour. 2. In a pan, add some cooking oil. Sear the chicken breasts for about 3-4 minutes per side or until golden brown. Remove from pan and allow to cool. Dice in to bite size pieces. 3. In a bowl, whisk together the Salad Dressing ingredients. 4. On a flat surface, lay out a tortilla. Place some diced chicken in the center, add a layer of chopped romaine lettuce, and finish with a drizzle of salad dressing. Roll into a burrito. 5. Heat a pan, then optionally toast seam side down. 7. Serve with more of the salad dressing.
