After testing dual Elgato CamLink 4K and Magewell USB Capture HDMI Gen 2 devices, I’m now putting the YoloBox Pro to the test in a real-world multi-camera streaming setup inside OBS Studio. In this RAW multi-cam test, we’re using the YoloBox Pro as a USB-C passthrough capture device, not as a standalone switcher. Two GH4 cameras feed into the YoloBox via HDMI 1 and 2, and the YoloBox’s USB-C output is connected directly to a Mac OS system running OBS. I’ll also walk through how to integrate live audio via the Mackie ProFX10 mixer, showing how creators and musicians can capture both pro-quality video and audio for their broadcasts. Whether you’re streaming music, podcasts, gaming, talking-head videos, or creative tutorials, this test will show how the YoloBox Pro compares to traditional capture cards in performance, latency, flexibility, and audio handling. WHAT YOU’LL SEE Real-time 1080p streaming performance using the YoloBox Pro with OBS Studio How to connect the YoloBox Pro as a capture device for Mac streaming Dual-camera input setup and program out configuration Live audio routing through a 10-channel mixer (Mackie ProFX10 mixer) Latency and sync testing under live stream conditions Practical tips for balancing video and audio sources Comparison insights vs Magewell and Elgato capture cards Perfect for content creators, musicians, and streamers deciding between hardware streaming solutions and traditional USB capture cards. This test shows how the YoloBox Pro performs as a stand-alone switcher and capture hub in multi-camera production environments.
