Less of a concrete rule, but I also avoided picking up strong weapons too early, like the axe before the first four guardians. The purpose of this is to replicate what a 'blind' player may have at different points. Doesn't include Hell Temple because I believe Hell Mushussu is not possible to 'no damage' without the lamp. It's a straight up damage race by design with a few random elements, minions, little room for error, and a very large health pool to top it all off. 'THE BOSS' has very similar traits too, though it is likely possible with chakrams, which is just as lame. I'll let someone else do all that.
