A bit of a filler run today, as I've been trying out more of the new Kjarr Elemental Charge Blades from Kulve Taroth. Brute Tigrex is an utterly incredible fight in 5th Gen, fast paced, rewards precise evading and lets you punish it accordingly. Couple of things to note here, starting with the opening tenderise. You have to release the dung pod to get his attention very very late, as it gives you just enough time to get the first tenderising hit off. As long as you jump up before his head goes up, you've got it. Finally, you're also going to need to be wary about where you're striking. If you aim a couple of AEDs towards the head before rage, you can encourage a clagger, after which Brute will enrage. This ensures that you don't overcap the arm break, and allows you to reapply tenderise, and get a topple in response to his enrage roar. Such an amazing fight.
