In this video, Dr. Imtiaz Qureshi, along with his son Ashfaque speak about the rich history and evolution of Indian cuisine as we know it. Imitiaz and Ashfaque are the flag bearers of Indian cuisine not just in India, but around the world. Padma Shri Dr. Imtiaz Qureshi is the first Indian chef to win the coveted Padma Shri title, while his son Ashfaque is currently carrying on his family's tradition being the owner of a chain of restaurants serving authentic Indian cuisine around the world.
