A look at my favorite pair of winter hiking boots these are my go pair in the wet cold winters we have here in Minnesota. I got these boots for a steal of a price at just $50 new I'm really glad I bought them I had no idea at the time they were a $500+ pair of military hiking boots until I did some research on them. This is a really over engineered pair of boots with 200g thinsulate as well as goretex. This pair of boots is incredibly chunky and stiff they are quite high quality too and I don't expect them to ever wear out for what I use them for.
