You can optionally take a bribe from him to back off, however you can just kill him anyway to advance the quest 4:00 learn that your next target is a mercenary named Kendre. Talk to whitechapel in the third rail and roleplay as the shroud to learn of her location in a nearby apartment building. 4:30 After Dispatching Kendre, return to goodneighbor and listen to the silver shroud radio to learn the John Hancock would like to meet the shroud 4:45 Learn from John Hancock that you've been crippling the operations of a man named Sinjin and that there are 2 of his officers that you need to eliminate marked on you map 5:30 return to goodnighbor after eliminating your targets to learn that Kent has been kidnapped and that there is a message left for you on the Silver Shroud radio 5:57 before storming the hospital go and get the following: 2+jet 2+nuka cola quantum a high damage, high crit weapon with no AOE like Righteous Authority or a .50cal sniper 6:25 after fighting your way through the hospital, be sure to save your game before confronting Sinjin 6:35 use one of the various methods to try and save kent form being murdered.
