Here are my main points: 1. The Solo-God Meta: Minigun Dodge Minigun has turned what used to be a tactical team play game into a solo playground. Every match follows the same monotonous pattern of a single Minigun user carrying everything while everyone else just watches. Instead of worrying about reloads, planning jug hordes path, wall dodging, or predicting teammates situation and doing active main cover, now you can just 'brainless dodge' your way through. Classic Wave 7~9 can now be soloed easily without strategy. Watch video link above. 2. The Newbie Nightmare: The recent buffs to Juggernauts (increased health, reduced stun time) and Normal zombie (increased speed) have made the game a total nightmare for anyone without an MG42 or Minigun. It’s created a massive wall that prevents Regular players from stepping up to Classic. They are being robbed of the chance to learn how to control the normal horde or how to dodge and take down Jugs. To give a personal example of why this real matters: (lvl 1~ lvl 40) I initially struggled with basic weapons, so I played Endless mode to learn and leverage tools like wires and claymores. (lvl 41~ lvl 60) By the time I got the RPK, I had learned how to run from horde in Regular mode. (lvl 60~ lvl 140) In Classic mode, under veteran guidance, I learned the art of dodging, the rule and strategies of maps, and how to cover and main cover teammates. Every step was immersive and rewarding because I learned through the thrill of narrow victories and hard-fought losses. But now, that growth path is gone. If someone has an Minigun, Festive RPG, or A10, newbies end up just standing idly behind them, watching the wave clear itself. They can beat Regular or even Classic Wave 10 without doing anything, which makes them lose interest and prevents them from actually learning how to play. 3. The Collapsing Ecosystem: This is a chain reaction. Usually, Classic gets started by newbies or people who are new to Classic — they’re the ones who set up the server. And once the wave goes up — the high lvl Classic players start logging in. That’s how it used to work. But right now there aren’t many newbies around (or they’re basically gone), so we can’t even get a Classic server going. If newbies aren't there to start Waves 1 through 4, high-level players struggle to find active Classic high wave lobbies. When they can't find a decent game to join, few of them create rooms and others eventually lose interest and shift to other Roblox games. This cycle is how the TWR ecosystem dies. These days so few Classic rooms in night time. My Proposal for the Devs: 1. Roll back the difficulty for new and mid-tier players so the game is accessible and interesting again. (ez fixing paramters of jug stun, jug health, normal speed) 2. Crank up the difficulty of Hardcore mode (make it much more punishing) for the elite players who actually need the challenge with Christmas upd high-end gear. 3. Add a 'Bonus Wave' after finishing Regular Wave 10. Give it the same difficulty as Classic Wave 7, including Juggernauts. This would give mid-tier players a safe space to test their weapons and practice dodging before they commit to a full Classic run. It’s kinda bridge between Regular and Classic. (Most newbies leave when they first try Classic and get blamed by others for 'ruining' the game. This is why I suggest adding a 'Bonus Wave' after Regular Wave 10..) I truly hope to see this game evolve and find its balance again. What do you guys think? Is the current meta healthy for the game’s future? Special thanks to minetoo3405 for the valuable advice on these game improvement ideas.
