He was able to achieve Vastu compliance along with functionality and individuality in all these compact homes. Even though compact, the houses are designed to invite ample natural daylight, lots of ventilation, and easy movement within. A façade screen that brings in the first rays of the sun from the east, a central skylight right above the staircase, and the north balconies are some of the major elements that add light and life to every individual space in the houses.
