Timestamp : 00:00 Koyan Hypercarry /w Gogh 03:21 Kukulkan Hypercarry /w Gogh 06:40 Kukulkan Standard Carry ( Bonus ) 09:21 Total Damage So, I've seen lot of people praising Koyanskaya synergy with van gogh ( and Douman ) due to her EOtD passive, and saying that she has the edge over Kukulkan in term of face cards damage. But I think there's some little misconceptions on that matter. Just because Kukulkan doesn't have the EOtD passive doesn't mean that Gogh is useless as a support. She still get the crit/atk boost, granted that if Gogh is Np1, there's obviously better options than using her. So here a comparison with the same comp between Koyami and Kuku. I don't know if there's a cap for critical damage+, but if anything i think that Koyami has way too much critical damage+ in comparison of her other types of boost here. Because different types of boost are multiplicative and the same types are additive, you hit the "diminishing returns" when you have too much of one type of boost, and here koyanskaya has way too much critical damage+ in comparison of her others self boosts Meaning that even if she has 200% more Critical damage+ than Kukulkan on T3, her face card damage is lower, because on top of having better stats, Kukulkan steroids have better numbers/uptime. IF Koyami 2nd skill was on a 6 cooldown, then i think she could be higher than KuKu on T3 ? I didn't run the calculation for that case, but the atk buff and the overcharge could get her on top. But thanks to that it means that Koyanskaya actually doesn't need high gogh NP levels to perform well with that system. NP1 is enough I think. Reminder that It's not a comparison to say that Kuku is better than Koyami, but to see the benefits of the HyperCarry gogh for an unit without the EOtD passive. That's why the 3rd run is a more classic run : KoHikari, Summer Skadi, and two flexible pick ( Merlin, Oberon, Reines, Waver, Castoria, Himiko, etc...). The damage on T3 is worse than the two Hypercarry Gogh. In the end, who cares if we deal 2 trillion of damage or 3 trillion of damage. We don't need this kind of damage anyway, but it was interesting to see that a well invested Gogh is good even for units outside her niche. But i would LOVE to see KoYami being buff, be it her 2nd skill, the buster down BEFORE damage on her np, or a complete rework of dot damage so that it can have an actual impact during battle and not something meaningful one time each 4 years.. #fategrandorder #fategrandorderjp #fategrandorderna #fgo #fgojp #fgona #fgota #lostbelt #kukulkan #koyanskaya #koyami #buster #gogh #fgoac #fgocollab
