Hello and welcome to the great awakening dear ones and Have no fear. I have been called to share divine messages with you all. Though I have wanted to stay more personally in the back ground spirit had other plans. I have been receiving through my channeling work during past life Regression Quantum Healings and intuitively much the world needs to know. This is a introduction a little about me and a message of hope and instructions on raising you're vibration. We are called now to step up our light work and do not fall into fear. This was just a short message but there are more to come I mis spoke a word or two and my cat was attacking my feet in the beginning then my notebook and pen! I wanted to add one thing I left out about the ascenion diet is plant based is ideal but some wild caught fish and pasture raised eggs are permitted and approved by spirit. There are many other ways we raise our vibration. I only Mentioned a few but Yoga, Singing , Dancing, praying are some of my favorite practices as well for good vibes!
