#eldenring #gaming #nightreign #fromsoftware #gameplay If there's one thing FromSoftware knows how to do it's spectacle and dragon fights. And they did not disappoint with Caligo. I noticed that she shares many things with previous dragon fights. She has an uncanny resemblance to Seath the Scaleless, but with more resemblance to the ArchDragons. Caligo also has a dive attack very similar to Kalameet, with some projectiles like while she's flying, much like Bayle the Dread in normal Elden Ring. Also, I didn't even notice the giant eye in the sky during her second phase until I fought her for a second time. Though her Everdark version I'd say is the easiest, considering Wylder's ability to light his greatsword on fire after using his grapple. Also, I personally think that she originated from the world of Dark Souls, and has some kind of connection to Seath. I think the connection is strengthened with Duke's Dear Freja, who also has connections to Seath, apparently being a Night 1 Boss during Fissure in the Fog. Am I reading too much into this, probably.
