We start fencing the lines for our bison bull pasture for Achmed and Bartok. The Danuser EP 615 worked well and is so much better than other augers. It's worth the cost if you have 100's of holes to dig like I do on the bison ranch. We update you also on Kisses as she is around 7 days on from her injury. Here on Blackacre Ranch we are city folk who moved to the country to start ranching bison (i.e. buffalo). We are a family with 6 kids. Our goals are to homestead the property, grow healthy food, and build good character along the way. We are new to homesteading and don't know much about it, but we are willing to share our struggles and journey as we learn how to homestead together. Think of this as homesteading for beginners where we are the beginners. We are converting an old rundown church camp into a first generation ranch...profitable ranch that is.
