UPDATE: Since this video was made (Late Summer/Early Autumn 2025) some new rules have been announced, including that juries will now consist of 7 members (at least 2 of which have to be between the ages of 18-25). The contest is also facing controversy over the inclusion of Israel via their broadcaster KAN; 5 countries (Iceland, Ireland, Netherlands, Slovenia & Spain) have withdrawn from the 2026 contest in protest.
