Colin: Hey, what's going on, guys It's Colin here with trailer. I'm going to take some time to show you guys this Reese Tri-Ball Mount for 2-1/2" Hitches. Now, right away I want to show you off the bat you can see we have three different size balls on this ball mount. It's going to make it very versatile, so you can utilize it for multiple different trailers. Right now we the 2-5/16" ball facing up. But if you've got other trailers where you want to tow a 2" trailer or an 1-7/8" trailer, all we've got to do is pull it out, turn it sideways, and reinsert it.This eliminates the need to have to invest in three different ball mounts for those different size trailers. We just get our hitch pin hole lined up and insert our pin. To adjust it, all I've got to do is pull it out. I can flip it out to our 1-7/8" ball just like that. Line up the pin hole. We're good to go. Or if you've got a 2" coupler, switch over to your 2" ball. You can see right there, I was very quick in switching it to each size ball. If you have a lot of different trailers that require different size balls, this is going to be a really great ball mount for you.Now one of my favorite things about this ball mount is it's just nice and simple. It's not one of those expensive drop rise ball mounts. This is going to be much more cost effective, especially if you don't have a lifting truck and you don't really need a rise drop ball mount, there's no sense in spending about $300 on one when you can get this one for much cheaper. And we're getting very similar weight capacities compared to all of them. What I'm going to do is real quick for you guys, with our 2" ball, we have a gross trailer weight rating 10,000 pounds, and a tongue weight rating of 1,000 pounds.Switch over to our 2-5/16" ball. We're going to have a gross trailer weight rating of 14,000 pounds and a gross tongue weight rating of 1,400 pounds. Go over to our 1-7/8". We'll have a gross trailer weight rating of 2,000 pounds and a tongue weight rating of 200 pounds. One thing I do want to point out is that this ball doesn't come with any type of pin and clip. However, we went ahead and just threw on one of our InfiniteRule locking pins, just to provide more security for our ball mount. If we just had the standard 5/8" pin with a clip on it, it would be very easy for someone to come up, just pull the clip, take the pin out, and then walk away with your ball mount.I definitely would recommend adding one of these to your list, whether it's InfiniteRule or even our own trailer brand one. Now, some of our customers have pointed out that it does scratch up a good amount after multiple months of use. And that's going to be completely normal after having to pull it out and adjust it constantly. You can see that even just now while I've done it a couple of times there's already some scuffs on it. Again, that's completely normal. It's not going to compromise the integrity of your ball mount. It's still going to be around for a very long time with that nice heavy duty steel construction and a black powder coat finish on it.Now there is going to be two different sets of hitch pin holes. As you can see, there's one right here. They're going to be offset by 1". For our 2-5/16" ball, when our hitch pin holes are lined up, from the center of our hitch pin hole to the center of our ball, it's going to be 7-1/2". When we flip to the 2" or the 1-7/8" ball, now from the center of the hitch pin hole to the center of our ball is going to be 8-1/2". Now something I want to talk to you guys about is that even though I pointed out this is really nice because it's a lot more cost effective than a drop rise ball mount, some situations are going to call for you to need a drop rise ball mount in order to be towing safely. Now what I mean by that is with your trailer you want to make sure it's level when you're towing it. For situations like our lifted truck right here combined with our trailer right here being a lower sitting trailer, we can see that the trailer is already sitting at a pretty high angle when we're trying to back up and get it onto our ball mount. Even right here, if we look close, it's not even high enough to get onto our 2" ball. Like I said, for lifted trucks and maybe even a lot of times factory trucks are coming sitting a lot higher nowadays, you just want to make sure that you tow level and, if you need to make that investment in a drop rise ball mount that you do so.Thank you all for watching and I hope this
