OMG !!!! Fat yellow noodle is in my channel !!!! I remember, 10 years ago, this fat noodle only have in kuala lumpur, but not in north region... want to eat! Yeah, have to travel to KL.. so sad! Now no worried, we can have it every food court or kiosk ... hurray.. today will show you how the blind man stir fried it.. very simle, easy n delicious.. Use your heart, i’m sure you can do it too!!! Ingredients, 1kg of fat yellow noodle, 1 palm size of chinese white cabbage, 5 cloves of garlic, 100g of pork, 2x of cuttle fishs, few shrimps, 200g of fresh scallops, and garlic leaf. Sauces got, LEE KUM KEE Premium brand oyster sauce 特级旧庄蚝油。 LEE KUM KEE Cooking caramel 頂级晒油 LEE KUM KEE Selected soy sauce 特级鲜味生抽 Ready the ingredients.. Cut the garlic into dice, cabbage cut into half inch, pork cut fine slice, cuttle fish cut ring, shrimp remove head and shell left tail, garlic leaf cut dice. ( white pepper optional) water for backup if noodle to dry. Ready to cook.. Add in some cooking oil, stir fried the garlic until turn brown. Then add in the pork slice, stir fry it untill pork lard came out!! Then add in the seafood, shrimp and cuttle fish. Wah!! Add in 2 table sppon of Lee Kum Kee seasoned soy sauce for seafood, and keep stir fry it. Then add in your chinese white cabbage. Follow up with your 1kg of fat noodle. Time to colouring it, iam using Lee Kum Kee cooking caramel... the colour are not to dark but just perfect ... cool! Then add in your scallops and Lee Kum Kee Premium brand oyster sauce, the fragrance are blooming.... if you feel it is to dry, add in some water, cover it up for 2 mins. Then few puff of white pepper.. yup, the fat noodle is ready to serve.. Taste it... Hmmmm the shrimp... you try it at home.. 1 word.. AWESOME hahah noodle another word.
