Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies ♡ Bake With Me

Hi everyone ♥️ I finally got around to making a full batch of my single serve chocolate chip cookie :) I hope you guys like it! And they're still eggless :) This recipe makes 6 large cookies (4 tbsp each) or 12 regular sized cookies (2 tbsp each) Chocolate Chip Cookies 3/4 cup (170g) melted butter (salted or unsalted) 3/4 cup (150g) light brown sugar 1/3 cup (65g) granulated sugar 1 and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 cup (60ml) milk (any milk will work) 1 and 3/4 cup + 1 tbsp (218g) all-purpose flour 3/4 tsp baking soda 3/4 tsp salt 1/2 tsp cinnamon 2 tsp cornstarch 1 and 1/2 cups (270g) chocolate (I used 1 cup of chocolate chips and 1/2 cup of chopped semi-sweet chocolate bar) ♡ Place the cookie dough in the freezer (uncovered) for 30 minutes ♡ Bake at 350F (177C) for 12-14 minutes for large cookies and 10-12 minutes for regular sized cookies 📝 Notes ♡ If your cookies don't get the ripples on the edges, lightly bang the pan on the counter a couple times straight out of the oven :) ♡ These cookies will spread while baking! Don't bake more than 6 cookies at a time for regular sized cookies and no more than 4 cookies at a time for large cookies.
