The FGEHA with the approval of its Executive Committee issued a Consent letter of Green Enclave-II to the members of Membership Drive-I in 2016. With the approval of the Executive Board of FGEHA and a JV agreement was signed with M/s Commoners Sky Garden on 11-10-2019. M/s Commoners Sky Garden mutated 6000 Kanal of land in favor of FGEHA. The layout plan of the scheme was finalized and approved. Later due to litigations in some parts the layout plan of Phase-I to the extent of Mouza Khathar was approved on 11-03-2022. After clearance of the litigation, the layout plan for Phase II of CSG was also approved on dated 11-10-2022.
