Since 1847 and after five generations, this family Champagne house, located in Baroville, is anchored in an exceptional terroir area, the Côte des Bar, in the south of Champagne appellation. Philippe Fourrier took his first steps in the vineyard in the 50s and his first harvest in 1979; forty years later, he entrusts the future of this splendid Champagne house to the following generation. Nowadays, his children, Stéphanie, Mathilde and Julien run the domain and participate to the development of their Champagnes in several countries. Julien manages the cellar and is responsible for the Champagne’s elaboration. He creates cuvées by sublimating characters of grape varieties from the Côte des Bar (Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc) and knows how to highlight refined qualities of Chardonnay.
