Old Fashioned a. 0.25-0.5 oz simple syrup b. 3 dashes of Angostura Bitters c. 2 oz. rye whiskey or bourbon (we prefer higher proof whiskey) d. Stir over big ice is preferred, normal cube ice is ok if you don’t have large single cubes. e. Garnish with lemon peel twist. f. Luxardo cherry Add whiskey and syrup to a mixing glass with ice. Add bitters and stir together. Pour over ice into a rocks glass and garnish with lemon peel with rye, orange peel with bourbon. 2. Mint Julep a. 2 oz. bourbon (we prefer higher proof) b. 0.25-0.5 oz simple syrup c. 2-4 Mint leaves Muddle mint with simple syrup in a julep cup. Add Bourbon and crushed ice. Pack tight. Swizzle or stir until the cocktail is well chilled. Add more ice to create a dome. Garnish 3. Sazerac a. 2 oz. Rye Whiskey (we prefer higher proof) b. 0.25-0.5 oz simple syrup c. 3 dashes of Angostura Bitters d. 0.25 oz Herbsaint e. Lemon twist Pack an Old-Fashioned glass with ice. In a second Old-Fashioned glass add 2 oz Rye Whiskey to the glass with the bitters and simple syrup. Add ice and stir. Empty the ice from the first glass and coat the glass with .25 oz Herbsaint. Discard the remaining Herbsaint. Strain the whiskey / bitters / sugar mixture from the glass into the Herbsaint coated glass and garnish with a lemon peel. 4. Kentucky Mule a. 2 oz. bourbon b. 0.25 oz. fresh lime juice c. 3 oz. ginger beer d. Build over cracked ice and stir ingredients together in a copper mug. e. Garnish with a lime wedge. Add bourbon and lime juice to a glass with ice. Stir and top with ginger beer. 5. Orange Soda & Vodka a. 2 oz. vodka b. 1 can of diet orange soda c. Whipped cream 6. Root beer & Rum d. 2 oz. dark rum e. 1 can of diet root beer f. Add whipped cream to make it taste like a root beer float. 7. Jack and Coke RTD 8. Espresso Martini a. 4 oz. Barker Espresso Martini b. Shake in a shaker with ice and pour in martini glass. 9.
