Hi Friends, Here are a few game-changing things to remember before getting crazy in your kitchen. Useful tips, tricks and ideas for kitchen. 1. Lemon juice extends the life of any vegetables and fruits, oddly enough, the dried vegetables and fruits you make at home. A sprinkling of lemon juice keeps them adding two or three extra days to their shelf life in the fridge, or extra hours to their ability to stay edible in a lunchbox at room temp. 7. Add oil while cooking dal, to make it cook faster. 8. Ants are appalled by cucumbers; therefore, the cucumber slices work best when placed near cracks or other areas where ants may enter the home. 9. Rinse thoroughly with hot water and towel dry immediately. 18. To avoid sprinkling oil on you while making vada or crispy dishes, just add some ghee. 19. Soak oily dosa pan or oily pan in hot water for some time and after that rub lemon onto it to remove oilyness. 20. Pit Ginger Garlic in a tissue paper and keep in refrigerator to keep it fresh for long time. 21. Add Powdered sugar instead of granulated sugar to increase sweetness in any sweet recipes.
