Healthy Fusion⭕ / @healthyfoodfusion Food Fusion Kids⭕ / @foodfusionkids Recipe in English: Homemade Ginger Garlic Paste: Ingredients: -Lehsan (Garlic) 250g -Adrak (Ginger) 200g -Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp -Sirka (Vinegar) ½ tbs -Cooking oil 3-4 tbs -Cooking oil 1-2 tsp Directions: -Peel garlic cloves. -Peel ginger & cut into slices. NOTE: the ratio of ginger & garlic should be 40% (200g) & 60% (250g). -In a blending jug,add garlic,ginger,pink salt,vinegar,cooking oil & blend well to make a paste. -In a dry & clean jar,add papaya paste,cooking oil & cover with lid. -Can be stored in a dry & clean jar for up to 2-3 weeks in refrigerator. -In an ice cube tray,add ginger garlic paste,spread evenly & freeze overnight. -Remove from ice cube tray & frozen cubes can be stored in a zip lock bag for up to 3 months in freezer. Homemade Papaya Paste: Ingredients: -Kacha papita (Raw papaya) washed 3 medium -Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp -Cooking oil 4-5 tbs -Cooking oil 1-2 tsp Directions: -Cut raw papaya into chunks. -In a blender jug,add raw papaya,pink salt,cooking oil & blend well. -In a dry & clean jar,add papaya paste,cooking oil & cover with lid. -Can be stored in a dry & clean jar for up to 2-3 weeks in refrigerator. -In ice cube tray,add papaya paste & freeze overnight. -Remove from ice cube tray & frozen cubes can be stored in a zip lock bag for up to 3 months in freezer. Homemade Green Chilli Paste: Ingredients: -Hari mirch (Green chillies) long & thin 300g -Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp -Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs -Cooking oil 3-4 tbs -Cooking oil 1-2 tsp Directions: -In a grinder jug,add green chillies,pink salt,vinegar,cooking oil & grind well to make a thick paste. -In a dry & clean jar,add green chilli paste,cooking oil & cover with lid. -Can be stored in a dry & clean jar for up to 2-3 weeks in refrigerator. -In an ice cube tray,add green chilli paste,spread evenly & freeze overnight -Remove from ice cube tray & frozen cubes can be stored in a zip lock bag for 3 months in freezer. NOTE: the ratio of ginger & garlic should be 40% (200g) & 60% (250g). -Blending jug mein lehsan,adrak,pink salt,sirka aur cooking oil dal dien aur ache tarhan blend ker ka psate bana lein. -Dry & clean jar mein papaya paste aur cooking oil dal ker lid laga lein. -Dry & clean jar mein dal ker 2-3 weeks kliya refrigerator mein store ker saktay han. -Ice cube tray mein adrak lehsan paste dal ker evenly pheela lein aur overnight kliya freezer mein freeze ker lein. -Ice cube tray sa nikal lein aur frozen cubes ko zip lock bag mein dal ker 3 months kliya freeze ker saktay han.
