In this video I only use a whispered voice, do lots of face touching, and guide you through relaxing various facial muscles to help ease tension. I wanted to include the soft rain sounds and theta waves as I find for headache relief a calming white/brown background noise can really help give your tired mind something else to focus on. And it fills the empty space between words that's sometimes too jarring when your head hurts.
