Client: Rob Morgan Constructions, a top builder with whom F.E.W has collaborated on multiple projects. Challenges: Limited site access. Material movement required cranes. Removal of a ballast with a bitumen base. Process: Bitumen layers manually scraped, removed, and bagged by the Findlay-Evans team. Cleaned the site with a large vacuum truck. Preparation followed by screed installation, completed within two to three days. Results: Primer applied first, followed by the efforts of the Screed Pro team. F.E.W team impressed with the quality of the screed, considering it one of the best they've encountered. Application of a LIQUID APPLIED MEMBRANE coating. Two to three coats of the base coating, followed by three coats of the Premium Top Coat System. Detailing, additional tether points, and touch-ups were conducted to finalize the project. The project was successfully completed to satisfaction, with the site tidied up post-completion.
