http://www.safeschoolssafelibraries.com Some libraries around the country allow free, unfiltered and unlimited access to pornography, despite the dangers such access poses to children, other patrons and library employees. Many other libraries have inadequate filters and policies in place which make it easy to view hardcore (often illegal) porn on tax-payers' dollars. As a result, a plethora of reports show that often men are spending hours at the library trolling pornographic websites, masturbating and exposing themselves to others around them, stalking patrons and library employees, making catcalls and physical threats, luring children into viewing images of bestiality, rape and other disgusting depictions, intentionally leaving printouts of pornographic images on tables and around the building for patrons to be exposed to, and physically attacking children and others after viewing these lewd images. This short video shares just a few of the news stories that document these dangers. Morality In Media, with the help of many other organizations and individuals, has launched the Safe Schools, Safe Libraries Project to help make our schools and public libraries safer from these harms.
