Are You A Woman in Cannabis? CANNECTEDTV Wants to Share Your Story

The cannabis industry, much like other industries, has been historically dominated by men. 420MEDIA and CANNECTED TV want to change that by giving women an outlet for their voices to be heard. “Chronicles Of Women In Cannabis'' is a series for women to share their stories and celebrate women in cannabis while influencing others, especially within the industry.  To participate, women will need to create three videos. "First, we want to know your name and for you to announce that you are a woman in cannabis (WIC). The second video gives you the opportunity to explain your story with cannabis -- this is your chance to share why you got involved in cannabis and why you think it is important and beneficial. Your final video provides the opportunity to give advice to those who are just entering the cannabis world. This will help influence women of all ages and ethnicities coming into the industry who are trying to learn more about cannabis. Provide them with information you wish was given to you at the beginning of your journey," Accardi said.  The deadline for submissions is June 29th, 2022. This project is free of charge, and has already begun streaming promos on CANNECTED TV.  The stories included in this project will stay on the channel for a year to be used as resources.  The June 29th deadline is final, and submissions must be in by that date.  "By sharing your story, you will be influencing the future of cannabis and more women coming into the industry," Accardi said. "Your story is unique to you and deserves to be heard. Do not miss your opportunity to be part of this project. Get your videos in as soon as possible.
