What he actually wanted was simple - get paid for performance, do sales (the thing he's already good at), make serious commission, keep it all because it's his, not pay suppliers or partners, and work when and where he wants. There's 15 reps on the team clearing $10k-$65k per month in commissions. Because of the partnership we have with the software company, we placed Calum directly onto this role. Soon as he was onboarded, he left car sales and went all in. Complete belief it was going to work no matter what. He landed it on the 23rd of the month. By end of month $5.9k straight commissions. Next month, his first full month $8.3k in commissions, 100% remote. Following month he came on board Inner Circle and really dialled things in. Cleared $18.9k straight commissions. Best part? Two of those weeks he hired a 6-bedroom villa in Crete with his girlfriend and was taking sales calls from there. The month after that $20.3k straight commissions, 100% remotely, on his own terms.
